AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO EVERYONE!

We'd like to reflect on our progress and support during this past year.  We have so very many people to thank that it's difficult to mention everyone.  The Pipe Creek Community Center has been wonderful in allowing CCPAL to hold our dog obedience classes at their facility.   The Pipe Creek Trading Company has been sponsoring each of our monthly adoptions as well as giving undying support for our community events like "The Tricycle Races", "The Ice Cream Freeze-Off" and "The Fudge Judgin". We are so very grateful to the Bandera Fire Department for allowing us to hold fundraising events in the Fire Barn to help provide support for our four-legged friends and to raise community support.   Our County Judge has allowed us to hold mid-month adoptions on the courthouse lawn for which we thank him.  Kim Tipton, our County Animal Control Officer, has been incredibly supportive by helping us procure our Avid Microchips and encouraging us to microchip any animal that comes through our organization.
By the way, through our efforts with Kim and microchips, we have found the owners of dogs who have come back through the County Shelter, so the program is working.  We're greatful to our friends at The Brighter Days Horse Refuge for teaming up with us to hold our first annual "Whinnies and Barks Expo", which brought each of us an additional $1500.00 to help with our animal expenses.  Maybe next year will bring better weather for our 2nd Annual "Whinnies and Barks Expo".  We can't thank enough "The Almost Patsy Cline Band" or "The Gibson Sisters" who've always been available to entertain whenever we've asked them.  All the folks at The Pipe Creek Animal Clinic have been among our biggest supporters since the beginning of our organization for which we are eternally grateful.  We thank the folks at the at the Bandera Vet Clinic for all of their help as well as their sponsorship support.  The foster people who've found places in their homes and hearts to provide safe, healthy, loving homes for our pets awaiting adoptins without them, we wouldn't be able to carry on as we have.  Our volunteers are the cogs in our system.  We have, without a doubt, the most dedicated and focused people working together who truly believe in our mission to provide comfortable homes for our pets in our santuary and who have worked diligently toward our common goal to find the best forever homes for our foster pet and raise funds needed to help the pets who've needed extra medical treatment.  We can't and won't forget the absolutely fantastic help and support of Roy Holly and KBUC Radio.  We recieved support from so many folks in our surrounding counties because of radio coverage by KBUC.  Our local newspapers have done an incredible job covering our many fundraisers and advertising.  There are so many companies and people in Bandera County who have sponsored our events, donated items for our silent auctions, donated their time, or just been there when we've needed their help that we're not allotted enough space to name them all.

CCPAL would like to give a Blanket THANK-YOU TO EVERYONE!!

and GOD BLESS EVERYONE

SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!
